Hello, this is GOM Support Team. 

From January 2, 2024, GOM Lab’s terms and conditions(Terms of Use, Terms and Conditions of Paid Service, Personal Information Policy, Youth Protection Policy) will be revised and newly established, and we hereby inform you of the relevant contents.  

- Revised Terms and Conditions : Terms of Use, Personal Information policy 

- New Terms and Conditions : Paid Service Terms and Conditions, Youth Protection Policy 

1. Reasons of Revision 

- Creation of new provisions in accordance with the renewal of GOM Lab service and provision of new services and clarification of terms and conditions through changes in some expressions and terms. 

2. Revision of Terms and Conditions 

- Article 2. Additon of service content in definition 

- Article 5. Deleted the personal information policy within membership registration and added information related to children under 14 years of age. 

- Article 8. In Personal information protection, deleted duplicated mentioning of my personal information policy 

- Article 11. Addition of member obligations 

- Article 12. Addition of information such as membership cancelation and loss of qualification 

- Article 13. Addition of service provision and other changes 

3. Revision of Privacy Policy 

- Article 1. Changes in personal information items collected and collection methods 

- Article 4. Amendment of personal information collection for mobile app services 

- Article 8. Amendment of rights of users and legal representatives and methods of exercising them 

- Article 9. Amendment of technical and administrative protection measures for personal information

6. Revision Date 

Gom Lab's revised terms and conditions(terms of use, paid service terms and conditions, personal information policy, youth protection policy) will take effect from January 2, 2024.
